Full-Time Management Trainee/
Executive

Key Areas of Responsibilities

As part of an outlet team, you will work hand in hand with other outlet management executives and supervisors in the outlet to oversee day-to-day operations. The key purpose is to ensure that resources (staff, assets, inventories, customers) allocated to the outlet are well managed and well utilized, with assistance from the products team, to deliver a memorable and positive customer dining experience and to bring about operational success to the outlet.

On top of that, you will be on a rotational training program between Operations and Human Resources portfolio. This training will allow you to understand the back-end responsibilities and everything behind the scene of running a cafe/restaurant. You will also be challenged to projects within the outlet in which your work will make a direct impact to the community.

Skills & Qualifications Required: 

  • Singaporeans & PR only

  • Candidate must possess at least "N" Level/"O" Level

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

  • Has strong interpersonal skills and able to speak proficiently in English

  • Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Pleasant disposition and deliver true hospitality

  • Takes responsibility to lead a team and an excellent team player

Remuneration:

Monthly Salary: Up to $3000
Working Day: 5-day workweek, shift work required
Career Progression: Head Of Outlet

No prior experience of being in a management role is required. We are happy to share our knowledge.
